Kyogre/groudon cheats for Pokemon Emerald

After you beat the E4 (elite four), go to the weather institute(located south west of Fortree) and go upstairs to the very top and left. Talk to the scientist at the very left and he will say that there is either a drought somewhere or there is heavy rainfall somewhere. Where ever he sais, go there and catch either Kyogre or Groudon. Then repeat the steps again and catch the other. Happy cheating!!!
