Unlock 3rd Hokage Scroll:
Beat the game two times with ALL A's.
Unlock Rock Lee:
Beat the game once.
Get all A's in every mission to unlock and use the Hokage Scroll.
First unlock Rock Lee.
Then use the Eight Gates which you need to press DOWN UP B.
Then when he bends down quikly press UP UP DOWN DOWN and he will open one more gate.
