Error Codes
If you attempt to use a Program of a color your current Style does not support, you will get an Error and be unable to boot up MegaMan until the problem is fixed.

You can bypass these Errors once you have purchased the ModTools at Beach St. When the Error number appears, press Select and input the code to bypass. But this only works if you the proper Code for the specific Error. Error codes can be obtained by talking to the right people, reading BBS's, or looking at the list below.

1 is the first weird symbol, 2 is the second symbol and 3 is the third symbol from left to right on the keyboard menu once you press Select whenthe Error appears.

Mod Codes
The ModTools can be used for more than just fixing program errors. With a properly programed MegaMan, hit Select when the "OK!" appears, then enter in a code from the list below for an added effect without taking up space on the grid.

Compression Codes
Highlight a Program in the list, then press and hold Select. While holding Select enter the correct combination of buttons, and the Program will be compressed slightly, allowing more room on the grid.

Go to the beach and buy Modtools. Next, go to your Navi Customizer. Rearrange your Customizer and hit "Enter". Sometimes, you will need an error code. First do the job;Legendary Tomes. Once you have the tomes don't go back to the
Navi, instead go to the teachers lounge. Look at the back shelf and examine the
Strange orange statue. Theres a code in the statue that matches with the tomes
And the data is 300000 zenny.

EX Codes for Navi Cust

If you have the ModTools and there are no Errors in the NaviCust, extra codes can be entered to give MegaMan a power boost. To enter these, press the 'Select' button after 'Running' the NaviCust program and then enter the code.
