After you beat freeze man wait a while and do stuff like requests.

Go to acdc train station and there will be a chip trader, you can get almost all of the stars and some times v2 stars.

You will not get them all of the time.

Gamecube Logo

Once you have beaten Shadowman go to Megaman's right where you will find the Gamecube logo on top of a pile of purple cubes with lines on them.

WWW Area
To unlock the WWW area you have to complete the game. Then go Ula Internet Area 4 and search for a glowing Red Warp.

To access the WWW area you will need to enter it, but before you do that it is advisable to save the game as you will not be able to go back once you have entered it.
