Oh my God I can't believe you people am I the only one who knows this.
1) Complete the game
2) Collect all hercule exibits ( if you have a cheat system it goes a lot quicker)
3) Hand all exibits to the guy that wants them he will say something like "oh by the way now you can play as Gogeta by using the fusion techniqe with Goku or Vegeta"
