Ok, to use this cheat you must be near any random enemy. Keep a distance where they cannot punch you, but they can shoot Ki at you. Once they fire off a Ki Blast, instantly press L/R (I forget which) and you will fly. As you are in the air, the blast will knock you back down to the ground, but your health meter will be gone, it will just show the fly gauge. Now, you appear as flying to your enemies and they cannot hit you at all. Also, walking does not deplete your gauge unless you try to fly again, then this will put you back in flight and when you come back down, your gauges will be back so DO NO fly. This is ver convenient and I hope I helped.
