Defeat Pete’s team (Steamrollers) in Level 3 Challenge mode to unlock Pete as a playable character and the SteamRoller Dome arena.
Unlock Mortimer & Aero Field Arena:
Defeat Mortimer’s team (The Imperials) in Level 2 Challenge mode to unlock Mortimer as a playable character and Aero Field as an arena.
