On level 1 ( Jungle Hijinx) you are shot out of the house. Once on land there will be a ladder on the wall behind you.Jump up it. Inside there will be a health in view. The picture will be behind some bananas to the left.

When you get to a secret spot(holes in the walls)you can keep going in them sometimes.
When you open a stop the barrel spot keep going in it and doing it to gain more lives.
If it has animal tokens you can keep doing it to get more lives.
