Its simple to beat that level 78.[but actually it's hard]
All you have to do is:
You need the second stage bomb[the fireball].
You will have to make that bomb 3 times. Once you make the first one,keep it exactly at the bottom, in the middle.This will unlock the frozen and locked tiles once.Follow the same method again and this time the bomb will free the frozen and locked tiles fully.
Follow this method one last time and this time,all the tiles will be destroyed,causing the parts to fall out.Note: When you are making the bomb,You should also try to make the two upper pieces to fall out.

You need to focus on the left- and right sides of the board.
Sadly, there's bricks below that 2 columns, so you have to move everything to a different row..
Try moving and freeing as many timers as you can.
Free the pieces between the timers. You can only free the pieces in the columns with no bricks.
