Unlock ALL Cars:

Hold L + B and press Left

Unlock ALL Tracks:

Hold L + B and press Right

Unlock all Tune-Ups:

Hold L + B and press Up

Unlock Extra Modes:

Hold L + B and press Down

Unlock Wire Frame Extra Normally:

On the Expert setting complete ALL the tracks of every class in Championship mode

Unlock Kart Extra Normally:

Complete ALL the tracks of every class in Championship mode

Unlock Expert Championship Mode:

Complete the regular Championship mode with a Gold on ALL tracks
