At the 'Title' screen when the 'Start' prompt appears press Up, Down, Left, Right, Right, Right, Up, Down, Right, Left, Left, Left, B. If you have entered the code correctly the 'Level Select' option will appear on the 'Title' screen instead of taking you to the 'Options' screen. Press Up and Down to select a level and press 'Start' to begin.
