Challenge 2, the second entry in the NBA All-Star Challenge series. As per any
expectations, you'll play basketball.
Yeah, I don't have much to say about this; not real good with this, you know.

Here, given the variety of controls used in each game mode, we'll simply
describe the game modes and give the controls within those sub-sections.
Each game can be played in a two-player mode (unless otherwise noted). You'll
need two GameBoys (or acceptable variants), two NBA All-Star Challenge 2 game
cartridges, and a GameBoy Link Cable.

General Controls (Menu)

~~ D-Pad : Cycle through options vertically.
~~ A Button : Cycle through choices within an option.
~~ B Button : Cycle through choices within an option.
~~ Start Button : Begin.
~~ Select Button: N/A.
~~ L/R Buttons : These only have functions on the GBA SP and GameBoy Player
ways of playing the game. They will widen/narrow the screen,
respectively. Otherwise, N/A.

One-on-One
----------
General Description:
Your basic one-on-one basketball game, played on half of a court.
Game Controls (Offense):
~~ Move : D-Pad.
~~ Jump Shot: Press the A Button once to jump; again to shoot.
~~ Slam Dunk: Near the basket, press A to jump, then B to dunk.
Game Controls (Defense):
~~ Move : D-Pad.
~~ Block: Press A to jump and block a shot.
~~ Steal: Press B to steal the ball from your opponent.
Violations:
~~ Charging: Running into an opponent.
~~ Blocking: Stopping an opponent.
~~ Shoot Clock Violation: Taking too long to attempt a shot.
~~ Didn't Clear Ball: You must take the ball out beyond the three-point line
before taking shoots.
~~ Travelling: Jumping for a shot and hitting the ground before releasing the
ball.
Options:
~~ Play To: Choose the score that the winner needs to get. The A Button
increases it, whereas the B Button lowers it. You can also opt for
a timed game.
~~ Skill Level: Choose a skill level for the opponent; "1" is easy, and "3" is
hard.
~~ Winners Out: If "Yes", the person who makes a shot retains possession; "No"
indicates that the other person will get the ball.
~~ Time Limit: If you opted to play without a score limit, you'll choose your
time here.

Free Throw Competition
----------------------
General Description:
Tossing a bunch of free throws. Good for practice.
Game Controls:
~~ A Button: Shoot.
~~ D-Pad : Move cursor on the backboard. (Note that the cursor is only PARTLY
controlled by you.)
Game Options:
~~ Number of Throws: How many shots you'll take.

Three-Point Shootout
--------------------
General Description:
Take three-point shots from different angles.
Game Controls:
~~ A Button: Press once to jump; press again to shoot.
Game Options:
~~ Contest: Option in which you'll do 25 shots from five locations, followed by
your opponent. Each fifth shot can get you an additional bonus
point. You also only get sixty seconds. The person with the most
points wins.
~~ Warmup: Keep on shooting... and shooting... Very good for practice; no need
to worry about competition.

Slam Dunk

General Description:
Make a lot of slam dunks.
Game Controls:
~~ D-Pad : Approach the basket.
~~ A Button: Jump for the dunk.
~~ B Button: Slam the ball into the basket.
Game Options:
~~ Contest: Option in which you'll choose a dunk and see if you can do versus
an opponent. Best of three wins.
~~ Warmup: Keep on dunking... and dunking... Very good for practice; no need
to worry about competition.

Accuracy Shootout
-----------------
General Description:
Make some quick shots, making as many as possible for a higher accuracy
rating. Move from "X" to "X" quickly and try to make as many shots as possible
within the allotted time.
Game Controls:
~~ D-Pad : Move to the "X" marking.
~~ A Button: Press once to jump; again to shoot.
Game Options:
~~ New pos. : You get to choose the ten positions you'll shoot from.
~~ Computer pos.: The ten positions are randomly picked.
~~ Time Limit : How long you get to play.
Two-Player Notes:
~~ Only one of the two of you get to pick the spots. Afterwards, you'll both
shoot simultaneously on your console, able to see your opponent's score.

One-on-One Tournament
---------------------
General Description:
A tournament of one-on-one games. You'll pick four players and four opponents
for the four games. It's a single-elimination tournament - the winner goes to
the next round.
Game Controls (Offense):
~~ Move : D-Pad.
