      INTRODUCTION
o---------------------o

The Blue Bomber made his handheld debut in this game and it features the return
of four robots from Megaman 1 (excluding Bombman and Gutsman). After they are
defeated, you face four robots from Megaman 2 followed by a handheld exclusive
enemy (this one is Enker). This pattern continues up until Megaman 5 where you
fight original enemies in that game.

Dr. Wily is up to his evil tricks again and he has revived some old foes from
the past. It is up to Megaman to show Dr. Wily who is boss as usual.

Buster Shot and most weapons: press B

Atomic Fire: Hold B then release when at level 1, 2, or 3
Climb ladders: Up or Down when overlapping one to grab then use up or down to

     ENEMIES - MM1

Metall
------
Invincible when helmet is down but when it lifts its helmet, it will shoot 3 
bullets in a 3-way pattern (straight, diagonal up, and diagonal down). Shoot 
them when they begin to shoot.

Bunbi Heri
----------
They have a half ass propeller on top and dive at you then fly back up.


Big Eye
-------
Randomly hops high and low. You can either fight it or run under it and continue
when it jumps high.

Super Cutter
------------
These tings move forward and in a continous circle

Suzy
----
Looks like a red baron symbol with an eye in the middle. It will move when its 
eye is open.

Screw Driver
------------
Oh the floor or the ceiling, these things pop up and shoot bullets at you in a 
5-way pattern

Gabyoall
--------
It moves on the ground and speeds up when you on the same platform it is on.

Changkey
--------
Rains down from ceiling holes in Fireman's stage or flung from Changkey Makers.

Sniper Joe
----------
He guards himself heavily with his shield and moves his shield only to shoot. He
will hop around too. It's best to use Iceman to freeze him. 

Changkey Maker
--------------
Throws Changkey's at you

Cutting Wheel
-------------
Original enemies that if you get close, they will either stay in place, roll 
towards you or charge you.

Scworm
------
They leap out of tubes and hop at you once before disappearing

Shotman
-------
Shoots bullets directly then lobs them downward

Mole
----
They just move back and force between the ceiling and floor.

Kaminari Goro
-------------
Cloud robots that throw bolts at you.

Pipi
----
Flies by and drops egg. If eggs land, Copipis attack you.

         BOSSES
o---------------------o

Cutman 
------
He hops around and throws his cutter on his head at you. The cutter is  easy to
avoid. Shooting him will knock him backwards. Throw the 2 rocks at him and he's
gone.

Iceman 
------
Like Elecman, he can kill you in 3 hits, and by using Elecman, you can kill him
in 3 hits. He shoots in a two 3-way pattern (High, Middle, Low then Low, Middle 
High). Duck the high and mid ones and jump over the low ones.

Fireman 
-------
Runs up, shoots a big fireball which you jump over, a small fire will burn in 
the spot you jumped from. Then he'll run back and do the same thing. He will
repeat this pattern. Use Iceman to take him out.

Elecman 
-------
He hops around and tosses deadly lightning bolts; these can kill a full bared 
player in 3 hits. Luckily, Cutman's Rollin Cutter returns the favor.

Bubbleman
---------
Bubbleman sends up to 2 bubbles and then swims up and shoots you. Use any type
of boomerang weapon (Rolling Cutter or Quick Boomerang) to beat him.

Quickman
--------
This guy really moves. He jumps around, runs and sometimes throws boomerangs. 
He'll run out of control so that gives you a chance to nail him. Fire Storm or
Time Stopper are his weaknesses. The ladder will remove half of his energy when

Flashman
--------
He runs a lot and when he stops, he'll flash the screen and freeze you then 
shoot at you. Ice Slasher works well on him. You can also take the Kamikaze
route and charge up the Atomic Fire to maximum level and let him shoot you. He
will get hit by the blast in return. Four rounds of those will beat him.

Heatman
-------
He'll send 3 fire pillars, turn into a Flaming Torpedo and charge at you. Some 
Bubble Lead hits will put out his fire. He doesn't seem to have any weakness to
any Megaman 1 weapons.

Enker
-----
His weapon is called the Mirror Buster. He will perform a random action then
raise his sword and soak up damage and return fire. He is only vulnerable to
normal shots. The drawback is that he'll shoot a beam that gets bigger and more
damaging with each shot per session. Jump over the beam then avoid him before 
attacking him again.

Rolling Cutter
--------------
Obtained from Cutman. Shoots in an arc and returns like a boomerang.

Ice Slasher
-----------
Obtained from Iceman. Throws an ice block that freezes enemies except bosses.

Fire Storm
----------
Obtained from Fireman. Shoots a Fireball and provides a temporary fire barrier.

Thunder Beam
------------
Obtained from Elecman. Shoots a bolt up, forward, and down. Use it to also 
clear away rocks.

Bubble Lead 
-----------
Obtained from Bubbleman. A bubble rolls along the floor and a wall. 2 of them 
use 1 bar.

Quick Boomerang
---------------
Obtained from Quickman. A boomerang comes out and returns to you. 8 of these 
uses up one bar making it the most conservative weapon ever.

Time Stopper
------------
Obtained from Flashman. Freezes everything around you. Useful in Quickman's 
stage to freeze the instant killing beams. Drawback is you got to use it all up
in one shot.

Atomic Fire
-----------
Obtained from Heatman. Pressing the button shots a small round fireball similar
to the normal gun shots, holding it until the noise changes will send a medium 
size fireball, holding it to full power will release a giant fireball that is 
destructive.

Mirror Buster
-------------
Obtained from Enker. Sends enemy projectiles back at them.

                                 Cutman
                           Weakness: Fire Storm
                            Get: Rolling Cutter

Enemies: Supper Cutter, Screwdriver, Cutting Wheel. Sniper Joe, Gabyoall, BigEye

Run right and defeat the Cutting Wheels and Screwdrivers. At one point you'll
see a 1-up you can't reach. Kill the screwdriver ahead then step on the block
above it. Shoot the cutting wheel on the left while running on the cutting 
floor but not making it attack then run all the way left and leap for the 1-Up.
Continue right and watch out for the Gabyoall and the Cutting Wheel then drop
down. On the moving floor, shoot the still Cutting wheel on the left then move 
left and the cutting wheel on top will drop and attack aggresively. Just leave 
it alone and drop down the left side. Hop over the cutting wheel and turn and
kill it while running against the floor. On the right, hop to the next moving
floor and run against it as you kill the next cutting wheel. Hop right and
Gabyoall and kill the Screwdriver and climb the ladder. Avoid the Cutting wheel
and Screwdriver above and climb up. 

There is a Sniper Joe waiting for you. If you die, this is the continue mark.
Time your first shots to hit him the moment he moves his shield aside to shoot
then jump when he is about to be hit and his first bullet passes under your 
feet then shoot at least once, then jump again, shoot, and jump and shoot
once more. Approximately eight normal shots beat him. If his first or second
bullet his you, then just cap on him and he'll die. Move right and avoid the
super cutter then on the moving floor, you got another super cutter and two
cutting wheels to worry about. The bottom cutting wheel stays in place while
the top comes loose and rolls at you. Worry about the still one and the super
cutter only. Drop down and "Ah Shit" a Big Eye. Say a prayer that he does a
high jump and you can run under him. Damn that slide would have came in handy.
Drop down to the left and on the moving floors, try to hop over the cutting
wheels and a Sniper Joe is to the right. Kill him and avoid the two super
cutters and drop down the hole in the right. Good job, now you've reached
Cutman's gate. If you don't have Fire Storm, say a prayer. You'll need it.

This guy is hard to beat unlike his NES counterpart. Just keep shooting him as
best as you can. Avoid his Rolling Cutters. It's best to hop over the returning
cutter early in case Cutman jump to retrieve it and nails you in mid jump with
it. Fire Storm works best here because of the extra hits it gives if you stand
close to Cutman. Your reward is the Rolling Cutter.

                                 Elecman
                          Weakness: Rolling Cutter
                            Get: Thunder Beam

Enemies: Kaminarigoro, Suzy, Metall, Big Eye

Elecman is the next victim. You already got to deal with obstacles like fans,
electric beams, and disappearing steps early. Start by running against the fan
then jump on the platform above. The disappearing steps appear in this order
one mid high step, higher step, a lower step back and a step forward and onto
safe ground. Climb the ladder and avoid the electric beams and make it to the
ladder above. Now you got more steps, one step next to the ladder, a high step,
a low step to the left and a step above it. Be sure to jump ahead of time to
land on the last one as it appears. Climb the ladder, avoid the beams, and 
climb hte right ladder. It gets tricky here, there is a 5 second interval
between steps. Hop on the first step and count to four then leap left and
ust make a jump for it on top of the fan which is blowing you back. Kill the 
Suzies in this room and climb up. You are now outside. Kill the Kaminari Goros
and hop on to the clouds they were on and go right and climb the ladder. Kill
the Suzies and before you think of going for the ladder, watch where the 
disappearing step is and be sure on is within range to hop to the ladder.
There's a ladder to the right. Avoid the electric beam and climb it. Kill the
Suzies on this screen then climb up that ladder. A fan and electric beams
are your obstacle between you and the ladder here. If the second beam gets you
and you land on the spike, you get leeway from the damage taken before the
spike kills you. You can't jump to the right because of the fan but jump to the
left then right and climb the ladder. Kill the Metalls as soon as they open
and climb yet another ladder. (too many ladders? I know.) Kill the Suzies and
take one big ladder past two sets of electric beams and one set of Suzies.
Oh great. A Big Eye. No worries, a rolling cutter on him while he's in air
will befall him easily. Get rid of two Metalls and drop down. Elecman awaits
you on the other side of the gate.

His NES counterpart was a pain in the ass but this one's all washed up. 
Avoid his thunder bolts and short him out with 3 Rolling Cutters like before.
That was no sweat. Sometimes one Rolling Cutter hits twice.

                                 Iceman
                         Weakness: Thunder Beam
                            Get: Ice Slasher

Enemies: Suzy, Bunbi Heri, Scworm, Big Eye, Sniper Joe

Next victim is Iceman. Watch your footing because this stage is slippery. Hey
the guy's name is Iceman so what you expect? You start off moving right and
killing the Bunbi Heris. It's just a straight shot to the right and it's best
to shoot ahead of you as the Bunbi Heris tend to appear and get shot by your
bullets the moment they arrive on the screen. LOL! Climb down the ladder and
kill the Suzies and get the big life-up if needed then climb down the left
ladder. You're at a continue marker already woah! Kill the Bunbi Heris on the
right and quickly step across the blocks of ice which aren't slippery but melt
away slowly as you stand on them. You'll come across a couple Scworm and Suzies
but Thunder Beam or Rolling Cutter will take care of them. Climb the ladder
and be ready to dodge some falling icicles then use them for leverage to the
ladder ahead. Climb up and do the same here. The 4the icicle is tricky, jump
forward from the bottom icicle and pull back to land on the top one as it forms
then climb the ladder. A Big Eye waits for you but take a risk and run towards
the platform he is on and he might do his low jump which sails over you then 
climb the ladder quick. You're at the final leg. Go right and kill the Bunbi
Heri, Sniper Joe and Scworms. The last two Scworms you can ignore and hop over.
Drop down and get ready to put Iceman down.

His pattern is simple, he runs forward and shoots Ice Slashers high, low, high,
low then runs back and does the same and the pattern repeats. Jump the low,
stay still on the high and Thunder Beam his ass. 3 hits and murder is all she
wrote

                                 Fireman
                          Weakness: Ice Slasher
                            Get: Fire Storm

Enemies: Changkey Maker, Changkey, Sniper Joe, Suzy, Screwdriver, Bunbi Heri

That is too obvious. Ice=water and water beats fire. So Fireman is who you go
after next. Run right and kill the Suzies and climb down the ladder and use
Thunder Beam on the Suzies here and drop down. Avoid the Changkeys falling down
and avoid instant death in the lava below. Kill the Bunbi Heris and watch out
for the fire pillar. You can now freeze Sniper Joe and cap his ass when you see
him. Climb down the ladder, avoid the falling Changkey and climb down another
ladder. Freeze the Changkey Makers to kill them easier then keep moving right.
There's a Sniper Joe on the way too so freeze and kill him too. Kill the Sniper
Joe after climbing up the ladder and keep climbing. Kill the Screw Drivers and
watch out for the fire pillar coming from the right. Freeze it, if you want to
then use it for a stepping stool. Kill the Suzies and avoid the Changkeys
falling down. Get rid of the Changkey Maker as you go right and deal with
Bunbi Heris and Screw Drivers and you climb down the ladder. A wicked flame
appears, freeze then jump over it and drop down. Do the same on this screen and
kill the Changkey Maker below and drop down. 4 Changkey Makers later and
Fireman is all yours.

Just stay in the corner and hop his fireballs while shooting him as you touch
the ground each time. That is all there is to it. If you used up your Ice 
Slasher too soon then normal shots will do.

Enemies: Suzy, Big Eye, Sniper Joe, Bunbi Heri, Changkey Maker, Mole, Metall,
         Gabyoall, Pipi, Copipi

There are two Suzies above. Kill the first one then use the Carry you got from
defeating the first four bosses and grab the 1-up and just ignore the Suzie. 
Get the weapon energy if you want it. Drop down and kill more Suzies and drop
down to the left. A Sniper Joe awaits. Kill it the drop down to the right.
Freeze the Big Eye and use Rolling Cutter to kill it and drop down to the left.
Use Thunder Beam on the Moles in this area and drop down at the end. Steer left
to land on a small platform. Drop down and steer left to end up on the left
side and hug the wall with the spikes on top so you can avoid the electric
beam on the right and avoid landing on the Changkey Maker on the left corner.
Then steer left on the next screen to avoid the spikes. Take out Sniper Joe,
Metalls and Bunbi Heris as you go right and drop down. Kill the Metalls and
drop down to the left. head right and use Carry to get over the wall and drop
down. Steer left as you fall to land on a small platform. This is a tricky
situation. Jump left and use Carry at the peak of your jump and onto the
platform to the left then use it again to reach the 3 weapon energy capsules.
Drop and steer left to avoid the spikes. Now go right and avoid the electric
beams and run against the wind. Kill the Gabyoall and drop and watch out for
the Pipi as it drops it egg with mini-Pipis. Drop down and use Thunder Beam on
the Moles in this section. Drop down and use Carry as you are falling,
watch the bottom and wait for it to stop spinning then jump left before it
disappears then use it again to reach the 1-up then drop down in the middle
to fall between the spikes. There are four pods each leading to an MM2 boss.

Quickman	Bubbleman


Flashman	Heatman

Bubbleman

He's a little tricky but both Cutman and Quickman work well against him. 
Avoid his bubbles and shots and track his movements to time your jumps.
There are no spikes above to kill you this time so jump as high as you can.

Heatman

Too easy. If you have Bubble Lead, all you have to do is hit him 5 times.
Avoid his fire pillars, shoot a bubble at him then hop over his flaming
torpedo attack and repeat the pattern.
---------------

Flashman

You need to be able to survive 4 shots since you can use the hit me and I hit
you back tactic. Charge up Heatman to level 3 as you jump over Flashman as he
charges back and forth. When he freezes time, take the shot and the Atomic
Fireball is automatically unleashed on him for massive damage. Repeat 3 more
times and he's dead. Ice Slasher works too.

Quickman

Using Flashman to start will drain half of his energy. Use the Fire Storm to
finish him off. Avoid his jumps, boomerangs and charges and you should be fine.

Enker

He has a barrage of attacks. He can jump twice, jump then charge, hop across
the scren or just charge at you. He'll follow either one by raising his sword 
that is only vulnerable to normal shots. Each shot makes his projectile bigger 
and stronger when he fires it at you. Hop over the projectile and avoid his
approach and shoot at him again. Continue until he dies.

                             Dr. Wily Phase 1
                        Weakness: Quick Boomerang


                             Dr. Wily Phase 2
                          Weakness: Mirror Buster

Enemies: Sniper Joe, Metall, Screwdriver, Gabyoall, Scworm, Cutting Wheel, 
         Super Cutter, Big Eye, Pipi, Copipi, Changkey Maker, Changkey
                      
Freeze and kill Sniper Joe at the beginning then you'll come across 3 sets of
step blocks. A Metall awaits on the top of the third set. Kill it and take care
of the Metalls on the ledges before they get a chance to fire. You can jump
high enough to shoot him. Use Carry to make it over the next block set then use
it again to get on top of the 3 ice blocks. Stay still till 1 and 2/3 of the
blocks have melted then head right. You'll have a Screwdriver, Gabyoall, and a
Scworm to take out before you come to a place where there are electric beams.
Wait till they disappear and move on. Kill the Metall and Screwdriver at the
end with a thunder beam and drop down. You land in the corner with a fan
blowing at you and 3 ledges with spikes in-between. There is also an electric
barrier on the middle ledge so be careful. Drop down to the left and pay
attention to the disappearing blocks as you cross the spike pit. Drop down
two screens. There is a Pipi on the first screen as you drop down. On the
second screen a Big Eye is there. Freeze and cut it. Repeat on the next two.
Drop and there are 2 cutting wheels. The one on the far left is aggressive so
ignore both cutting wheels and drop down. This disappearing block pattern is
tricky. If you are not careful, you end up underneath the next block and to
sum it up, you're fucked. Take a normal step, high step, low step, and prepare
to jump ahead of time to land on the next block. This pattern repeats twice
more then the rest of the blocks are safe. Drop down, freeze and kill Sniper
Joe and drop down again. Kill the cutting wheel ahead of time before it drops
then avoid the Super Cutter as you kill the next Cutting Wheel. There are more
Super Cutters in the way as well as Cutting Wheels. Avoid the weapon energy at
the end so the Cutting Wheel won't molest you and head for the ladder and climb
up. It's best to get the time stopper to avoid the hassle of the Pipi. Just use
it and climb the ladder, don't use it for the next screen but use it for the
one coming up and climb down the stares. Wait for the electric barrier to stop
then just drop to the bottom and use Time Stopper as you climb the ladder.
Climb another ladder and instead of using Time Stopper, make a break for it to
the upper ladder. At the top, use level 3 Atomic Fire to destroy the barrier
and get the 1-up and little life up. Use Carry to get on the platform above and
use it again to reach the higher platform. Atomic Fire the barrier and drop
down. Don't fall onto Sniper Joe's bullets as you drop. You'll avoid dealing
with a Changkey Maker along the way and gather little weapon-ups. Avoid the
electric beams and fall down. Hug the right wall as you fall to avoid the
spikes. At the bottom, drop through the right hole to avoid the Changkey Maker
then drop down again. There are 2 Scworms here, take them out and continue.
Kill the 4 Screw Drivers and continue right and drop down. Avoid the triple
team of the Super Cutters and drop down to the left but hang right to get the
1-up in the wall. Switch to Quick Boomerang and prepare to fight the final boss
which consists of 2 bosses.

Phase 1

Have your Quick Boomerangs ready and hold the button down to continue firing
avoid the Cutting Wheels it sends out. It's first Cutting Wheel is low. Now get
close and stay real close to the boss as it sends Cutting Wheels in a high-low
pattern. While the higher one is in the air, jump up and curve your way over
the low Cutting wheel coming up. Once destroyed, Wily appears

Phase 2

No sweat! All you got to do is have your Mirror Buster activated and the shots
will bounce off and hit Wily. Just bait the claw into a place where it won't
threaten you while continuously bouncing shots back. Beat Wily for a good
ending with pictures of all the enemies and bosses in the game as well as one
of the best ending music themes around.
