Press Start to open the menu, then enter the Item Menu. 2. Place the cursor next to the item you wish to use. 3. Press the A Button to select the item. Press A once more to set the item. 4. Exit all menus and press the B Button when you wish to use said item. Notes: -With Keys, just equip it and walk into the door you wish to open. -Most Special/Story items will be automatically used when the time is right. To use Equipment: 1. Press Start to open the menu, then enter the Equip Menu. 2. Place the cursor next to the weapon/armor you wish to use. 3. Press the A Button to select the item. Press A once more to equip it. Notes: -You can only change Armor/Weapons if you have Armor/Weapons to switch with (in other words, you always have to have some kind of Armor/Weapon equipped).
