You have to break through the blocks over the pipe by throwing something at them.

You go through the pipe and then swim through the maze and the bubblemakers.

Then you come to an area of blocks. Swim up toward the blocks to break them. Once you break them all, find a bubble to take you up to get the key.

Then swim all the way through the maze to the door. Then throw things at the blocks to get them outta the way and your home free.
