To find the lost bell if you are not in the desert yet you must go to subroisan there will be a ship by the graveyard talk to one of the guys by the dressers he will show you what to push in what order for you to go back to the other guy by the gate ok now go down stairs and talk to the cap'n talk to him then leave and talk to the guy by the gates he will say "oh you will help me find the capns bell!? thank you" (and runs off) now enter the code the gate will fall (it is hard to dig in most parts because of respawning bad guys but there are multiple 100 rupees if you need money) go up north east a bit eventually you will find a ship go inside there will be a ghost talk to him he will say he must of dyed trying to find the capns bell he will help you find it in a second go up north there will be a skeletons skull up north past the water there is a spot to blow up in the wall it's a fairy fountin go talk to the skull and pick it up make sure not to drop him in the quicksand or water walk around close to the center of the sand but don't fall in once you get close to the bell his teeth will start chattering drop in that one and it will have the bell go back to the ship and move the dresser or box or what ever it is and go through the portal talk to the capn he will say it isn't his bell it's to rusty go to the forgery place that helped you make your level 2 shield they will see the bell say do it he will shine the bell and fix it up now go back and take it to the capn talk to him he will sail to the missing part of the bridge go north west and you will be at the temple.
