How do you get an orcania?

I played this game about three years ago, but I have forgotten how to get the orcainia and I have four of the instruments already.

The Orcania is in Mabe Village Dream Shrine (building north of tool shop). Use Pegasus Boots to ram crystal blocking access to the western part.
