No there isnt but you can replace moves with the tm you want.
But you can't replace HM.

you should be able to trade one to crystal or silver or gold if u have it, delete the HM move, and then trade it back?

If the Pokémon in question is sent to Gen 2 and is taught a Gen 2 move, it cannot be sent back until the Gen 2 move is deleted. Anyways, Pokémon transferred to Gen 2 can be sent back to their respective game if the original save file hasn't been wiped. - Nickolas Mooney

uh, i dont think you can in any of the gen 1 games, but im pretty sure you can in the Gen 3 remakes.Guest answered:

I looked and I need to get rid of Cut
Just look for a game sark code if your using an emulator, if not, tough luck man, idk
