I cannot use HM01 Cut though I've already completed all the requirements.
I have already checked the other questions here and even other websites but I still cannot find my answer.
I still cannot use HM01 Cut even though I've already completed the requirements to use it.
1) Got the badge from Misty.
2) Taught the Move to one of my Pokemons.
- I've taught it to Oddish first but then it didn't work so I thought it was just some kind of glitch or something. But then I tried it with Bellsprout, still nothing. When I try to use it on a tree, it does nothing.
Is there any more requirement to do/have to use Cut that I missed? Please help. I cannot move on from the game like this. Thank you.

You have to go to your start menu, go to your Pokemon, and select the hm cut. It wont ask you if you want to cut the tree in earlier versions.
