Question for Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition
I have strength and I gave it to one of my Pokemon, but whenever I try to use it, it says I need a new badge for it to work... Where do I get the badge?

You need to get the badge from the Viridian City gym at the near end of the game. All of the Pokemon in the gym are Spoiler:

You can use strength whenever you like after defeating the gym leader Erika in Celadon City. Not Giovani in Viridian.
