Sorry, but there aren't any Move re-learner in-game prior to Generation three (includes Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, Firered/Leafgreen Versions.)
The original Red/Blue/Yellow Versions did not have a Move re-learner, as it was only introduced in the later games.
