How do you edit your Pokemon team, not change the order but replace Pokemon with others in your pokedex.

Provided that you have caught the Pokemon already (there's a little pokeball icon next to it's name in your Pokedex), you should go to a PC found to the far right of any Pokecentre. The Pokemon should be in there, provided you didn't release it or trade it. Select Bill's PC. Deposit Pokemon to make room and withdraw the ones you want. You may have to change boxes if you don't see the caught Pokemon you want in the current box.
