There are five ledges just south of celadon jump down them to get to a house it is the daycare. If you don't have cut go to bill's house and take the narrow path and jump down the ledges. There are no eggs in this game.

By going to pallet town and go to the left and use cut and youll be in the day care and idk if you can use eggs.
