You defeat Team Rocket at silph co. And the guy gives you a master ball (I don't know how to duplicate it though.)

I know how to duplicate but it's really hard........don't save it before you do it or it wont work and you have to have a master ball give the master ball to one of your Pokemon save it and while it's in the middle of saveing shut it off and get back on your game and check if you got more mstr balls

If you have Pokemon yellow it doesnt work. The whole cinnabar island one.

In Pokemon yellow you have to find missingno. But misiingno isint at the shore of cinnabar it's at nugget bridge if you have a Pokemon that got copyed by a ditto with a speial stat of 61-69

Special stats 31, 32, 50, 52, 56, 61, 62, 63, 67, 68, 69, 79, 80, 81, 86, 87, 94, 95, 115, 121, 122, 127, 134, 135, 137, 140, 146, 156, 159, 160, 161, 162, 172, 174, 175, 181, 182 (Kabutops fossil), 183 (Aerodactyl fossil), 184 (Ghost) will also work.

The tm cut can be found in the captains cabin in the ss.anne in vermilion city
Youll have to battle Gary before you get it though

you need to have saved a long range trainer (these are trainers that only see you at max range) with a pokemon in your roster that can fly walk towards the "LRT" and immediately hit start (the trainer should be in view with no exclamation mark above his/her head fly to cinnebar island you will escape the trainer and fly, your start menu will not work from this point till you defeat a trainer it is best to leave a few undefeated in ditto's mansion for this purpose, once inside ditto's mansion just run away from wild pokemon encounters and find your undefeated trainer, you must leave space for the trainer to walk towards you or the game will just freeze ( it goes without saying to save before trying this ). once you have killed the trainer your start bar will start working once again, this is the hard part as ditto's are very rare and might take a little time, anyways out pops a ditto,. he will trans
