Where do I get the silph scope and who from.PLZ HLP MEEEE!!!

ANSWERS

If I remember correctly...

Once your in Lavender Town, head to the route on the left (battle and whatnot) until you get to an Underground Path, take it and it should bring you to Celadon City. Go in the game corner and there will be a rocket in there talk to him (I can't remember if you battle him) but once your done, press the button behind the poster, it makes the secret staircase appear.
Go through here (battling and such, I can't remember specific details, sorry) and get to Giovanni. Battle him, and that's where you get the Silph Scope.

Now, if that doesn't work, go to the Silph HQ in Saffron City (after getting the drink from the woman) and that will be where you get it.

You get it from the rocket hideout in celadon city under the game corner. When you get all the way through you will fight Giovanni and he disappears and the silph scope is where he was.

It is located in celadon city.

First you have to go in the game corner,then click the switch in the back of the building.go through the maze and fight giovani,and then you should have the silph scope
