Is there a way to catch Meowth Persian and Jynx if so please tell.

Meowth you catch in the grass to the daycare. To get a Persain you have to evolve Meowth.
Jynx you have to trade with someone in the game but sorry I forgot where and what you have to trade for the Jynx.

I catch a persian today, is took many balls, but I caught it. It doesn't show any CP at first, only ???. But then it was 289.

No, there's not, unless you can find someone who will trade you (in the game) I'm not sure. Trade someone you know (in real life) if you can't.

To get Meowth he is just under Cerlean city, Percian evolve Meowth, Jynx trade with someone in the game.

You can trade with someone in Celadon City, if you see a geezer trapped between a house and a mini lake, he's the one with jynx :3

Meowth not in Pokemon Yellow 1st gen just Blue. Unfortunately will definitely have to trade with a friend rather than wild- goose- chase round Cerulean City for hours... :/

THE PROPER ANSWERs TO ALL THE MENTIONED POKÉMON ARE THIS:
They are not obtainable in the Yellow version!
Meowth can only be caught near the day-care in the blue/red versions, and old geezer in the house only gives the TM Softboil in the Yellow version.
