Moon Stones can be found in Mount Moon, Rocket Hideout, Route 2, and the Mansion. Unfortunately there are only four. If four are not sufficient then trade the pokemon you want to evolve to another version that still has some.

You go into the mount moon thing place. It's not easy to find, so look hard.

There are 2 in mt moon one is visible the other is the narrow isle before you get your fossil to the right all the way at the end
