Which Pokemon will both be able to learn cut and flash. In firered meowth is able, but I can't seem to find him here. Wheres meowth?

sandshrew just learned cut but it didnt learn flash because hes a sand pokemon but i will find an thunder pokemon like pichu, pikachu or raichuskyline specialist answered:
Only pickachu can learn flash and other thunder Pokemon. As for this move called cut, only grass Pokemon can learn.(I think)

I don't think there is one I always use magnimite/voltrob for flash. And I use paras for cut

You cannot catch meowth in yellow, i've been tryingg to find something to learn flash because i didnt wanna teach my Pikachu, but im starting too give up and i think im just gunna do it

Abra or kadabra can learn flash you catch it where you can get the Mew glitch which is near bills house

U find it where there's grass and ledges if you can't find it look for a tutorial on YouTube

You can teach flash to Drowzee! Best option, don't waste a move slot with Pikachu or Abra. You can catch Drowzee in the grass to the right of the entance to the Diglet cave (where gamblers are).
