How can I teach cut
Im stuck in cerulean city and I have bot the hm01 and the badge from misty but it says none of the Pokemon I have with me are compatible with the cut move ..... Again I have the max amount of Pokemon I can have on my person and NONE of them can learn the cut move HELLPPP

You have to get a Pokémon compatible with cut. I personally have charmander and it works fine. After you beat Cerulean City gym, go to the house with a police officer next to it. Enter and you can go through a hole in the wall. Go right and down or right.
