Question for Pokemon Silver

Hey guys, just taking up a little of your time... But ever since I gave my game to my nephew hes been playing it non-stop. And he asked me a few questions I don't know, so I was wondering if any of you know!

1.) Where do you usually find Raikou, Entei, and Sucuine?
2.) Is there an exp. ALL? (hes been nagging me for ages about that one)
3.) How do you find shiny pokemon?

If you can't answer them, thanks anyway... Anyone who does know it would be appreciated muchly,
Thankyou ultimate-sim

1) Try flushing them out at double routes that aren't seperated by a gate (eg, Rte. 38-39; 30-31, etc.)

2) This was only in Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow. Now there's an Exp. Share.

3) Except for the Red Gyarados, Shiny Pokemon are rare. The chances of finding one are about 1/8192.

The legendary dogs are first seen in the Burned tower located in the upper left corner of ecruteak city. When you first approach them they awaken and run off, from then on, you will find them in random locations around Johto. Once they are encountered there in the wild, you can now track their location using the Pokedex. If you can get in the same area as one of them you should use super repels to keep other Pokemon away until it is found. Be careful, they will flee sometimes when you attack. As for the EXP.share, there is one but I can't remember where. Finally, the shiny Pokemon, they are an extremely rare occurance so if you find one it is by chance. You can, however obtain shiny Pokemon with a cheat code.

The location to the legendary dogs is completely random.(you can only find them in Johto.
No there isn't an exp.all.
You have to be extremely lucky to find a shiny pokemon.

Good luck hunting.

Basically I can't believe any of you do not know how to get an exp. ALL. OK; you take the red scale that you obtain from catching the red gyrados then you take it to Mr Pokemon and he'll give you the experience share for the scale
