I'm playing Pokemon gold using the visual boy advance emulator and used various cheat codes. I'm up to the point where I have to give amphy the secret potion.
I've received itemfinder, bicycle, and the secret potion but it doesn't in my pack.

Stuff like this can happen when using Cheat Codes. Try disabling the Cheat Codes and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you might have to start the game over.
