Go to Oak, he'll give you access to Silver cave. Go to Viridian city and go all the way through to the other end of the city.
To the west. Go in the door and keep going left all the way through the other door and keep going left until you hit Silver Cave.Go through Silver Cave and battle Red. When you beat him, you have completed the game, then just get all 251 pokemon.
Head off and chat with Professor Oak, and he will allow for you to go to Mt. Silver. To get there, you must go to the building before Victory Road, then round a left into the passageway and head through. You will emerge outside, keep heading left until you reach a Pokemon canter and a cave. At the end of the cave lies the game's most pwoerful Trainer, Red, who was the Trainer you played as in Pokemon Yellow Version.
