Where do you get Celebi? I've looked everywhere in the forest and I've heard thats its something to do with the shrine (I think) so PLEASE ANSWER.

Sorry, but you can't get Celebi without Gameshark or at a Nintendo promoted event.
You can get it but first you have to capture Suicune, Enti and Raikuo than get as many differnt poke balls as possible and go to the shrine and put a Pokeball in there (I don't know which one) and it should appear.
