I need help to find sandshrew, and bellsprout, vulpix, meowth, tauros, pinsir,and magmar.

Tauros is in Zone 2 of the Safari Zone, he is around a 5% - 15% chance of running into.
The other 6 are not available in Red and must be traded from Pokemon Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver/Crystal.

The only one you can catch on red is tauros-in the Safari zone. To get the rest you need to Trade with blue or yellow

Ah, don't we all need help. Fortunately, Serebii.net has the old Pokedex for this game, so go there, and give it a good look. You will find the Pokemon that you are looking for. Meowth is usually found in that grassy area before you enter Vermillion City, and Tauros, and Pinsir are in the Safari Zone.

As CIG said you can find a complete dex at serebii.
