Do you mean to get into the team rocket base?,its in the game place and you have to push the button behind the poster and you will find the the hidden door.

Ive never known of a secret door there but if your talking about the game conrer then it's located behind a poster. Press A and it will ask you to open the door yes or no then walk down a path and then theres a secret door.

Go round the back of the house by heading just left of the Pokemon center then there will be two boulders and a gap between them walk through that gap and you have gane through the so called secret door

Theres a poster in the conrer and under neath is a button press it and walk to the right.
