How do I get cut after beating misty
I beat misty and Brock and didn't get cut. Now I'm stuck without cut for the tree I need to cut to get out of here

After you defeat Misty, you need to head south from Cerulean City (take the path behind the house that Team Rocket destroyed. The Route south of Cerulean City is Route 5. Within Route 5 is the Underground Path. This Path will lead you to Vermillion City. Before you can face the Vermillion City Gym, you must go on the SS Anne (South of Vermillion City). You will receive HM Cut from someone on the SS Anne.
