Question for Pokemon Red

My question is simple. Is there a way too keep a level 132 Mewtwo and/or any Pokemon over level 100 for that matter(Pokemon caught with Cinnabar Island Glitch), from reverting back to level 100, after gaining in game experience points. (Without Gameshark or other 3rd Party Devices I.e. Other gameboys, trading, etc. Just in game glitches.) It would be a dream come true to be able to legitamitely use Pokemon at ridiculous levels during in game battles(not linked cable battles)without it going back to level 100. Especially that level 132 Mewtwo off of Cinnabar Island is a beast and my level 100 Mewtwo just isn't cutting it. The main issue at it's core is that it gains experience points in battle, even after 1 exp point, it reverts. In Pokemon red there is no way to turn that in game exp points feature off like in omega. I realize this is a lot to ask for a game this old and I do understand the parameters and how Pokemon red works(numbers game, level 100 caps, the game just isn't designed to do certain things) so I'm not ignorant. However, if there's anything I've learned from playing video games, experimenting with glitches, using the Internet as a tool, and more importantly the wide range of knowledge from these younger kids, there's almost always a workaround. Not to mention this is a pressing issue that most people have been trying to figure out for quite some time, and would make the post game experience that much more enjoyable. Thanks! Cheers!
