Navigate your way through. To be a master you have to do lern to do things.

Or just get into many battles and lose purposefully and then you will be in a poke center.

I'm sorry to hear that-if you're still stuck I will happily navigate you out, but this post was long ago. You may have beaten the game already!

HINTS: You need strength or forget getting through it, better backtrack out the way you got in and go get it. Both the entrance and the exit are on the top floor(bottom left, bottom right), so try to go up stairs until you can't anymore, then exit either one. You need to push rocks in holes to stop currents!! You can fall in them, too, if you want to...

I just experienced the same problem. I got myself trapped and wanting to go back to poke center and mart because;
1: My box in the computer system had filled
2: I neglected to carry a escape rope for such an occasion, finding myself lost.

I googled "How to escape the seafoam islands" and found this. I read that fainting my Pokemon was an option though hadnt thought of that as a means to my end. Like yourself I have high leveled pokemon in my pocession and thought that blacking out would be impossible but I eventually managed it.
It takes a while but this is what you have to do unless you can find your way out.

Battle any wild Pokemon in the cave (prefferablly the highest level pokemon you can find) but you reframe from taking down its HP while letting it take down your HP. I understand that not all your pokemon will have such convenient moves such as growl to permit you to do this as not all of mine did. So, what you do instead is to keep switching inbetween pokemon.
When you switch Pokemon in a battle the oponent usually always gets the first attack so this is a sure fire way to take down your health while doing NO damage to the wild pokemons health.

Just go to items and keep playing the poke flute until all your Pokemon have fainted from battling wild Pokemon

I suggest battle wild Golbats. They help your Pokemon faint quicker with Supersonic or Confuse ray. Keep battling Golbats and you will be out of Seafoam Island in no time.

Switch over and over till all your Pokemon have fainted.
