Alright, go through the middle entrance of Mt mortar, surf to the waterfall, use waterfall, go up even more and go up intill the cave entrance, now go uplike two steps and to right, go down and surf as far as you can, not long, go up and there is another little pool, surf in there, go left keep going left when on land, go down some, go alllll the way across left till you hit another pool, go up, and right, the keep goin right and up, go in another pool go up and right, keep goin right till you're all the way over, then go up, then alllll the way across, you should see a ladder, go through, go down a little, like 3-4 steps, go right, til you hit the wall, then up, then right, then up, then left and go down the stairs right there, go left(till you hit the wall, or pretty close to it), up, left, then down, and you should see a ladder, go through there, and go up and right and you should see him, he has level 34 hitmonlee and hitmonchan, make sure to have an open spot in your party, good luck, after you can just go back left and down and you can use strength then surf up, right and doown and on your left you should see a ladder, which will bring you to, the middle entrance!
