Question for Pokemon Gold

Am I ready for the Poke'mon league? I need your help.
My team is:
Red Gyarados lvl. 41 moves: hydro pump, whirlpool, dragonbreath, sandstorm; item: X acc.
Togetic lvl. 39 moves: Metronome, Shadow Ball, Flash, Double-edge; item: X speed
Pidgeot lvl. 39 moves: Swift, Wing attack, Gust, Fly; item: Amulet coin
Typhlosion lvl. 39 moves: Cut, Earthquake, Strength, Fire Punch; item: dire hit
So how am I doin'?

If you beat the elite four with those Pokemon at those levels, you would be an extremely good trainer, so wouldn't bother trying untill they are all at least lvl55. Keep working hard, it will pay off

No you need to fill the remaining two spots in your party, and get them all to levels 55-60.

Guess what? I tried it at those lvls. And... IT WORKED!!!! I just made it. It was a miracle!!
Here are my Pokemon now
Pidgeot lvl. 41 mvs. Swift, gust, wing attack, fly
Typhlosion lvl. 46 mvs. Cut, thunderpunch, fire punch, dig
Red Gyarados lvl. 43 mvs. Hydro pump, whirlpool, dragonbreath, strength
Togetic lvl. 40 mvs. Metronome, shadow ball, flash, double-edge

No you are not ready yet, level up your Pokemon and uses stronger moves.

I am sorry but you well need Pokemon that are about lvl50 and you well need different typs of Pokemon for each trainer.
