1. It's a virus that spreads through the Pokemon in your party if the Pokemon with the virus is in the party. lt's also really rare and a good thing to have but I'm not sure what it does.

2.It's an item that lets you catch ho-oh, the silver wing lets you catch lugia

I don't know about the first question but for number two the rainbow wing is what gets ho-oh to appear at the top of tin tower but you can only go up there with the badge from morty!

Rainbow Wing makes Ho-oh appears and if you find a Silver Wing it makes Lugia appear.

If I recall correctly, pokerus doubles the amount of stat experience your Pokemon receives from battle. Stat exp != exp, though - I'll need to explain what stat exp. Is, because most people don't know......

Have you ever heard someone say that a trained Pokemon is stronger than a wild one? Or that a trained Pokemon is stronger than a Rare Candy'd Pokemon? This is not inherently true, but it usually is, due to stat experience (which is NOT normal experience). Every time you fight an enemy, you get a number of stat experience points. This depends on the foes you face (if you're against, say, an Machop, whose Attack is very high, you'll receive stat exp. In Attack). Gain enough stat experience, and your stats start to go up. Essentially, this means that training Pokemon raises stats higher than Rare Candy'ing them. However, there are stat experience limits, so you can't gain stats indefnitely.
