At level 30 it should evolve into Ampharos.

ok cool but the real sad thing is you only get flaafys in the route about mahogany town and you only get them at level 15-20.so yes ampharos is very cool.but.......my meganium can kill one

At about lv 30 and also it has to be a boy

well here is a secret if you have pokemon emrald the game boy game and have beaten the elite four on the game go to the safari zone and catdh a mareep (usualy lvl 40 to 45) and then migrate to dimond and trade to gold or you can do it the long way!

I got bad news for all of you, my level 100 charizard I brought over from blue would beat all of your Pokemon.

Sorry guys but I have a level one hundred clefable migrated from blue, while it might not sound great it has 232 attk and the move metrenome which has 35 pp. And pound and double slap. Accidently killed mewtwo with pound, and zapdos :(
