How to find Mr.Mime!!

ok well I don't know if any of you know this cheat, well it's not really a cheat but here is how to find a Mr.Mime without buying one from the game corner ok:

go to Pewter City, then once you are there walk down towards the bottom of the scree.....then you will see a spot to surf...then surf down not too far and there will be a small patch of grass to your right....then go over to it and start to walk around....it dosn't take to long but you will find level 20-35 Mr.Mime's, also Level 25-35 Tangelas...well hope this helps!
