Can I see a diffrence from a shiny pokemon from a regular pokemon if im using Gameboy Pocket (Not gameboy color) ?

Yes, the stars will come up, when you go into a battle with it.

Since consoles themselves have no effect on games that are compatible with them (with the exception of colour schemes and Mystery Gift being disabled on Game Boy Pocket and Advance systems), you can still encounter miscoloured Pokémon.

No. Only g/s/c and newer versions can view shiny forms of Pokemon.

When you look at the Pokemon's stats, on the top right will be three stars.
