You shouldn't be able to lose your radio. Only thing I can think of that you can do it go back to Goldenrod City and retake the quiz the girl gives you. If not I don't think theres a way to get it back. Unless your in the Kanto Region and just can't get it to work. If thats the case you just need to get it upgraded in Lavender Town. Before it can be upgraded you need to get the missing part back from the Powerplant. If thats not the case then there might be something wrong with your game.
