how doo i get all three kanto starters

Hey I have heard that there is a way to get all three straters can anyone tell me how more in depth I know yuo save before you go into prof oaks lab you choose one then what can anyone help me

U can have 3 pokemon starter by first save game before select pokemon,then play untii U have 3 pokemon (after have pokedex)when U have 3 pokemon, now store your pokemon in pc (EX: U have chokirita, rattata and pidgey. now U store chokirita and rattata in pc and change box. while the game say saving don't turn off the power, U must close your game quickly)when u load your game u will not yet select pokemon, so U can select another pokemon that different from last time and play till arrive pc and take the pokemon that u have in pc. finaly do it again u will have 3 of them.... if have problem please email to sadlove_boy@yahoo.com i'm a cambodian pokemon trainer.

For the DS, just run through HG/SS and smash up Red, then you can pick from one of the original Kanto starters when visiting Oak proceeding your victory, or find good old Steven and pick a Hoenn starter, again after defeating Red.

Obviously on The original Gold/Silver/Crystal games Hoenn starters are unobtainable, and sadly, respective Kanto starters an only be traded through the Time capsule trading system (remember when using the time capsule, no post-generation I Pokemon or techniques are permitted).

Or cheat...?

Gameshark, AR, emulator cheats, they all work. I don't know the codes because I play legit.

If you want the Johto starters, pick one, play the game 'til you can catch Pokemon, and then catch one, and plae your starter in the pc. Swith boxes and turn off while saving. When you turn on again you should have a starter already in your pc before you actually pick your initial Pokemon.

N.B: DO NOT SAVE AFTER YOU OBTAIN YOUR Pokemon, OTHERWISE YOU CANNOT PICK ANOTHER ONE. Instead you will have two of the same Pokemon.

This is the simple cloning trick :P
