Does anyone know how to get the Squirtbottle so I could get past the Wiggly tree?

Beat Whitney, get her badge. Then go to the house that is right next to the gym. Talk to the girl there and she'll give you the squirtbottle to get past the Sudowoodo.

Defeat Whitney and go to the Floral Shop next to the Gym!

Obtain Whitneys badge and talk to everyone in the houses
next door. Eventually you'll get it.

If you're playing Crystal, exactly the same as ALL the other answers, except you need to talk to the tree (Sudowoodo) before you can get the Squirtbottle.
