Help!

I found the part for the manager .... Thank god .... Now theres another problem
 
 I was told : Tune your radio to the Poke Flute station, located on the last bar.
 
 
 I cannot find this radio station at all
 
 Please help !

That's mean tune you radio near last bar, it will be PokeFlute channel.

All you got to do is go to the second last station, I think. Cancel and talk to Snorlax it'll wake up and battle you. Note: you must catch snorlax it's the only one in the game.

Go to Lavender town and talk to the guy in the suit thats facing the wall and he will talk a lot and then he will give you a card and now you can tune in. p.s. This might be only for the people and places show
