I have 6 badges now. I just beat the gym in Olivine City.
Now what do I do?
Where do I go next? How do u get past the whirlpools?
And how do you get past the guy blocking the way at the docks in Olivine City?

Go East of Olivine City until you reach Mahogany Town, which is after Ecruteak.
Go to Lak of Rage and fight Gyrados. Beat Team Rocket by helping Lance. And then beat that gym.
Get the Whirlpool HM by beating Team Rocket to get past Whirlpools.
