Has anyone got any prizes from the battle tower if so what. Can you give me some tips on how to win at the battle tower.

Hey.
I've never got any prizes from the battle tower, but I've heard they were stuff like Protein, Carbos etc.
My tips are give your Pokemon varied attacks like a Typhlosion with Thunderpunch, Earthquake, Flamethrower, and Hyperbeam and make them hold items like leftovers.
Also use Pokemon with a lot of HP like Blissey or Snorlax.

Well the prizes are proteins irons all those thngs and you get them in 7's like You win 7 Proteins if you beat battle tower.
As fo tips I can only say to have pokemon that are on 50 and have pokemon that can learn all kinds of moves.
Like a primape it can learn electric move and because birds are strong against fighting and electricity beats birds well you get what I'm saying!
